## Rules
- Discord rules:
  - Don't break Discord ToS
  - Staff disrespect will not be tolerated
  - Our team may enforce rules not listed
  - Don't post any nudity or any NSFW of any kind
  - Do not discuss any illegal activities within our communities
  - Do not be racist, homophobic or rude to any of our members
  - Don't spam or advertise in our Discord or any affiliated platforms
- Server rules:
  - No exploiting
  - No malicious activity
  - No racism or hate speech
  - No cheating or third party assistance
  - No walling off monuments (With the exception of Quarries; Excavator isn't a quarry)
Rules are not limited to what is written above and we can moderate however we see fit depending on the situation.
- Game ban rules:
  - No GB'd alts under 120 days
  - Only a max of 1 GB'd alt
  - Rust game bans after 2 years are excluded
- Steam account rules:
  - No VPNs
  - No Steam accounts under 7 days old
- Group limit and teaming: Every server has a group limit. Stay inside it for the whole wipe.
  - No allies
  - No teaming
  - No raiding with other groups
  - No roaming with other groups
- What's a group?: A group is defined by who is authed on the Code Locks and Tool Cupboard and has sleeping bags within a base.
- Swapping players: To swap a player out of your group:
  - Destroy all bags and remove all their access to your base (TC, codes)
  - Kill the player
  - The swapped player must leave the server
There is too much temptation of an alliance with a swapped player continuing to play on the server.

## FAQ
- How do I join? Open Rust and press F1 to open the console. Copy the connect command from the server card and paste it in. You will be in the queue or on the beach in seconds.
- When do servers wipe? Every server wipes on its own day. The schedule on this page shows the week in your time zone, with a countdown to the next wipe so you never miss a fresh start.
- Is VIP pay to win? No. VIP gives you queue priority and quality of life perks. Nobody buys better guns or more health. The fight stays fair for everyone.
- Can I play solo? Yes. Pick a server with a group limit that fits you. The limit keeps fights even, so a solo or a duo is never rolled by a zerg.
- Can I swap a teammate mid-wipe? Yes. Destroy all their bags, remove their access to your base (TC and codes) and kill them. The swapped player must leave the server.
- What if I get banned? Bans are reviewed by admins. If you think it was a mistake, open a ticket in the Discord.
- How do I buy? Sign in with Steam, pick your rank and pay through the secure PayNow checkout. The rank lands on your Steam account.
- When does my rank arrive? Usually within a few minutes of payment, and always within twenty. If it has not shown up by then, open a ticket in the Discord with your Steam ID.
- Can I gift a rank? Yes. Open a rank, choose Buy as a gift and enter their 17-digit Steam ID. It is delivered to their account, not yours.
- What is the refund policy? All sales are final. A chargeback or PayPal dispute results in a permanent ban from every Spoonkid server.
