Need help with a purchase
Join the Discord and open a ticket for fast support from the team. Include your Steam ID and what you bought.
Ranks usually arrive within a few minutes of payment and always within twenty.
Store policy
All sales are final. A chargeback or PayPal dispute results in a permanent ban on every Spoonkid server and in the Discord.
Ranks are applied to your Steam account automatically, usually within a few minutes of payment. Server VIP covers the server it was bought for. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them from your account, and the rank stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Nothing in the store changes damage, health, loot or gather rates. If something is not working, open a ticket in the Discord and include your Steam ID. Payments are processed by PayNow; see the terms of service.
Check your gift card balance
Enter your gift card code to see what you have left to spend. Apply it at checkout.
Signing in with Steam is needed to check a code. By checking your balance you agree to the store policy and terms.
How do I buy?
Sign in with Steam, pick your rank and pay through the secure PayNow checkout. The rank lands on your Steam account.
When does my rank arrive?
Usually within a few minutes of payment, and always within twenty. If it has not shown up by then, open a ticket in the Discord with your Steam ID.
Can I gift a rank?
Yes. Open a rank, choose Buy as a gift and enter their 17-digit Steam ID. It is delivered to their account, not yours.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. A chargeback or PayPal dispute results in a permanent ban from every Spoonkid server.
